Due to the deformation of the gutter layout and temperature difference. It cannot be synchronized with the deformation of the roof layout layer, so cracks simply occur. Some waterproof structure descriptions are unreasonable or construction is not handled properly. For example, the drainage slope in the gutter is small, and the small drop hole is not wiped into a cup according to the rules. Some water drop cups are rear devices, but they are higher than the bottom of the ditch, and the surrounding water will not go out, forming water in the ditch; the pores where the water drop cups touch the bottom layer are not filled with fine stone concrete It is compact and has no grooves embedded with sealing materials. Rainwater leaks along the outer wall of the water drop; some water drop holes are small and often have the appearance of blockage. The rainwater in the finished gutter cannot be discharged and overflows into the room. The above are the main reasons for the leakage of gutters and gutters. In order to avoid leakage, the waterproof layer of gutters and gutters must be constructed strictly according to the specific methods.


1. Construction operating conditions The water drop cup must be installed first; the elevation of the cup mouth surface should be 30mm lower than the leveling layer at the bottom of the gutter. The gap between the drip cup and the bottom touch point is densely filled with cement: sand: fine stone concrete with a ratio of 1:2:2. A 20mm x 20m groove is reserved around the water drop cup, which should be filled with waterproof sealing material, and it is qualified if the water does not leak. The slope of the bottom of the ditch must reach the 1% rule; the corners in the bottom of the gutter and eaves must be painted in an arc with a radius of 100mm. See picture


2. The waterproof layer construction of gutters and gutters must first be an additional reinforcement layer. If asphalt-based waterproofing membrane is used, one additional house should be laid; if polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is selected or composed of polymer waterproofing membrane, it is advisable to use a waterproof coating reinforcement layer with the same material properties. Coiled materials in gutters and gutters should be laid from the bottom of the gutter, and a strip of coiled material with a width of 200rnm should be laid empty at the junction of the gutter and the roof. The coiled material of the eaves gutter should be closed, and the outer edge should be trimmed and pressed into the recessed corner of the revolving place to fix it, and be nailed with bead and cement. Seal with sealing material; the inner side and roof waterproof layer shall be constructed simultaneously!


3.Precautions: In order to avoid the overflow of the water falling in the ditch, the inner eaves should be filled with water. The upper mouth of the outer eaves should not be higher than the inner eaves. If necessary, it should be higher than the inner eaves. . At the junction of the internal drainage gutter and the vertical wall of the concave-convex span, a galvanized thin iron plate with deformation ability is used.
